This website is operated by Breeze Aircon Services, No.15, Jalan P2/13, Bandar Teknologi Kajang, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Breeze Aircon Services.

• Service details, such as the type of service you need (installation, service, diagnostic or repair), whether the property is residential or commercial, and anything else you tell us about your aircon or property.

We do not collect payment card details through the booking form on this website.

Most of the information comes directly from you, when you fill in a form, send an email, or call or message us. Some technical details are collected automatically by our website and servers when you visit.

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• Arrange, carry out and follow up on the service you request, and issue invoices.
• Handle warranty claims and after-service questions (see our Warranty Policy).
