How we stand behind our work, and how to make a claim.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Our Commitment
We want you to feel confident when you book us. This policy explains how we stand behind the work we carry out, what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Warranty at a Glance
The warranty period that applies to your job will also be written on your quote or invoice. If the two ever differ, the one on your invoice applies.
Servicing and Cleaning[Warranty Period]For issues linked to the cleaning we carried out.
Repair Work[Warranty Period]For the same fault returning after our repair.
Installation Workmanship[Warranty Period]For problems caused by how we installed the unit.
Parts and New UnitsManufacturer's warrantyLength varies by brand and model.
3. What Our Workmanship Warranty Covers
Within the warranty period, we will look at problems that are directly linked to the work we carried out, such as:
Cooling that has not improved after a service because the cleaning was incomplete.
Water leaking from the unit because of dirt that was not properly cleared during our cleaning.
The same fault coming back after our repair, once our technician has confirmed it is the same issue.
A problem caused by how we installed the unit, such as a loose mounting, a poorly angled drain line or a faulty pipe connection.
4. What Is Not Covered
Our workmanship warranty does not apply to:
New or separate faults that are not connected to the work we carried out.
Wear and tear, or problems caused by the age or existing condition of parts.
Units that have not been looked after properly or have been used in unsuitable conditions.
Damage from misuse, accidents, impact or physical damage.
Damage caused by flooding, pests, power surges or faulty wiring in the property.
Cosmetic issues that do not affect how the unit works.
5. Parts and New Units
Air conditioners and parts we supply are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, and its length and terms vary by brand and model. If you bought the item from us, we will help you make a claim, provided you can show your invoice or other proof of purchase and the item is still within the manufacturer's warranty period.
Manufacturers often require proper installation and normal upkeep, so please keep your invoice and follow the care instructions for your unit.
6. When a Warranty May End
A warranty may no longer apply if:
Someone other than us repairs, adjusts or tampers with the unit or the work we did.
The unit is moved, modified or reconnected by another party after our visit.
Labels, serial numbers or other identification on the unit have been removed or altered.
The issue is reported long after it first appeared, which makes it hard to find the cause.
7. How to Make a Claim
Step 1: Contact us by phone or email using the details at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Tell us your name and invoice number, describe the problem, and send photos or videos if you have them.
Step 3: We will review your claim and, if it appears to be covered, arrange a visit.
Step 4: Our technician checks the cause. If it is covered, we fix it at no charge for the covered work. If it is not, we explain why and can quote for any repair needed.
Information you send us when making a claim is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Remedies and Refunds
When a covered issue is confirmed, our usual remedy is to put the work right at no charge for the covered work. Where we are unable to correct a covered issue, we will discuss a fair solution with you, which may include a refund of the relevant part of the charge. Each case is considered on its own facts.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its "last updated" date at the top. A job you have already booked stays covered by the policy that applied when you booked it, unless both sides agree otherwise.
